Neighborhood overview
My home is located in a small suburb near Denton, Aubrey, and McKinney off of 380. It is safe to walk throughout the neighborhood with little outside traffic. The tennis court with a basketball hoop is in the park just down my street. My house is in the woods, backing up to Core property, and 5 minutes from the lake where the fish are biting. A Peaceful Stay with a Wonderful Host
I had a truly wonderful stay here. Suzanne is such a lovely, kind, and helpful lady, she always cheerful and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed spending time with her and her sweet, friendly dog! The room was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. I especially loved the towels, big, thick, and so soft. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and peaceful right by a serene lake. Even my Uber drivers kept saying they'd never been to such a quiet and scenic spot! If I ever come back to this area, I would stay here again without a second thought. Thank you for everything!

Cozy & comfortable housing!
I stayed at Suzanne's for one month for my travel contract as a nurse. She made my stay great! She was very welcoming, kind, accommodating. I felt just like at home. The room she rents upstairs has a lot of privacy. The rest of the house has a lot of amenities. It is a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. The room looks just like in the pictures. I wish I could have stayed longer but due to work contract location had to move. Would recommend this place to any traveler! Thank you Suzanne!
