Incredible Bungalow

I am so grateful for my time here and couldnt have asked for better landlords. From day one, they made me feel genuinely welcome and truly at home. The home was always well cared for, communication was wonderful, and it was clear how much you truly cared about your tenants. The location was also absolutely perfect, convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed, which made living here even more enjoyable. Thank you for creating such a warm, comfortable, and positive place to live. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was exactly what we needed! The space is beautiful with all the amenities up to date, clean, and very cute. It's technically small but feels very spacious with its big bathroom, walk in closet, and open kitchen/living room. It's in the best location for good community and walking distance to Ruston Waterfront and Point Defiance which made it that much better! The casita feels very private with your own outside area and front entrance. Even feels private with all the natural light through the windows- it's so lovely! And last but not least, the owners make this place 5 stars with their care throughout the stay. Great communication and respect. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend this casita!

The Casita was amazing! Everything was brand new and up to date. Spacious bathroom, large walk in closet and open kitchen and living room. The location was to die for. Walking distance to both Ruston water front and Point Defiance Park and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners were very kind and made life super easy. Great communication and always kept us in the loop with things happening around the house. Highly recommend staying at the Casita!

Great unit!

This place is amazing! Single unit that is quiet, has everything you needed, safe, and close to tons of restaurants, stores and gyms. The hosts are so friendly and helpful with everything and can accommodate you if needed. I would definitely stay here if you are considering being in Tacoma for a while. Great for singles or couples!

Stellar Stay

I had a fantastic stay at this charming 1-bedroom cottage! Built in 2020, everything felt fresh and modern, yet it had all the warmth and coziness you'd hope for in a home away from home. The location was ideal, with easy access to Point Defiance, Point Ruston, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The fully stocked kitchen, in-home laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TV made my stay especially convenient. I also loved the spacious walk-in closet and the outdoor yard and deck, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of work. The owners were incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. This cottage is an excellent option for business travelers and traveling medical staff. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Our short stay was very sweet! The Casita is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and kind and I think this little home is a microcosm of the greater community around you that youll be able to enjoy during your stay.

Well appointed

This darling little short term rental had everything you need. All you have to bring is yourself, personal items and food. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of restaurants, stores etc nearby.

Beautiful view and amazing apartment.

Everything is new, and the apartment is very comfortable. The host is very accommodating. I highly recommend. Conveniently located near a very good health food store.

Great location

This house is just perfect for a short or long stay. It has everything you need and the hosts are great! They do live on the property but respect your privacy. The great part about this home is the location..Its within walking distance of several restaurants and cafes. Point Defiance, a huge park with a public beach is nearby. Point Ruston, which is a newer development on the water with shops, restaurants and a movie theater, is right down the road.
