10/10 GEM! Perfect apt. for a solo travel nurse :D

The space was bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up! Some standout features: an 85-inch TV viewable from the bed, adjustable lighting, lots of natural light with blackout curtains (perfect for night-shift workers), tons of closet space, and a washer/dryer right by the unit. The kitchenette had everything I needed to cook. The huge backyard was perfect for my dog, and the neighborhood is super dog-friendly. There is even a park just two streets away! Edmonds itself feels like living in Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls! Charming, walkable, and full of character. Downtown is only a 20-minute walk, and I loved going to Engels Bar (the oldest in town) for karaoke nights where I met so many friendly locals. The beaches, mountain views, and enclosed dog beach were also huge highlights. Emily was a fantastic host. She was respectful of my privacy but always quick to help whenever needed. Highly recommend this apartment to any travel nurse! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Amazing!!!

This space is just perfect! I have traveled for 5 years now and I can say this has absolutely been one of the best places Ive stayed for my dog and I! Emily is just so super sweet, really down to Earth, and is always available and responsive! Anything you need, she is right there to help. The bed is comfy, the couch is great and the TV is HUGE! If you work night shift like I do, the blackout curtains are incredible! There is a perfect little kitchen area, plenty of fridge space and a washer dryer that works great. There is a great amount of storage and closet space and you have a dedicated driveway space, super convenient! Having my dog, a backyard space was required and man did hers not disappoint! It is big, beautiful and just great for him to run all around. I would absolutely stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Spacious, Comfy, Peaceful Studio with a great host

I had an amazing stay at this charming little studio in Edmonds. The space was way bigger than I expectedplenty of room to relax, get some work done, or just chill. Couch is super comfy and the 85" TV? Yeah, the picture is awesome. The blackout curtains were great for sleep (especially cause the place gets tons of light during the day). And the kitchenette was surprisingly solidhad everything I needed to whip up simple meals or snacks. Honestly hard to find a setup this nice in a studio. Closet space and storage is wildly good. There is an Ikea clothes system that is top notch. I had room for everything and then some. And the dedicated parking spot right out front? Lifesaver. No hunting for street parking or dragging stuff too far. Overall, super quiet, cozy, and felt like someone actually thought through the details. Emilys clearly a thoughtful host. The area is very peaceful Edmonds is the best. Zero concerns about crime. Would 100% stay here again.
