Great Stay at Cathys

My wife and I truly enjoyed our 3-month stay in Cathy's home! Cathy was a super kind and responsive host. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that isclose to many conveniences. We had the first floor of her home to ourselves, including a full sized private kitchen, a dining room, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is also a covered back porch and big backyard. There is a tenantthat lives downstairs for part of the week (he works up in the canyon for the other half) who has his own entrance and living space. He is incredibly kind and quiet. The only thing shared is the laundry, which is in the basement, but this is super easy to coordinate due to his work schedule. If we are ever looking for a place to stay in Lakewood, CO again, we will reach out to Cathy again! 10/10 would recommend. (:
