Lovely and comfortable stay

My roommate and I stayed here during Fall and Winter 2025/26 and have nothing but amazingly positive things to say. It was so easy to get comfortable and really feel at home. As previous Colorado Springs' residents for four years and first timers in Pueblo, we couldn't have asked for a better residence. Jonathon was a fantastic landlord. Couldn't recommend this apartment more!

Safe and comfortable

I stayed here for my first year living in Pueblo. The place was clean and cozy when I moved in. Jonathon was such an amazing and responsive landlord during my stay. Any time I needed anything or had a question Jonathon responded right away, he truly took care of me as a tenant and he has set the bar so high when it comes to landlords. The unit itself was cute and spacious, the area was so nice with lots of things to do and quiet. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Jonathan is such a genuine and kindhearted individual, he exceeded all of our expectations of a landlord! The unit provides such a warm and cozy home-like feeling that we really enjoyed. I stayed alone with my baby while my husband worked overnight and I never once felt unsafe. This unit has direct access to the laundry/backyard area which made laundry super easy to complete and we had easy access to get our pets outside. The heating/cooling system works great! My family and I were sad to go, but we will definitely be booking here again if we end up back in Pueblo! Thank you so much Jonathan! This was such a great stay!

Better than Expected

This was such a wonderful place to stay for awhile. It's even bigger than the photos show and has easy access to every room. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It really feels like an 1800s penthouse, but without the stairs. Direct indoor access to the laundry room which was a definite plus. I'd recommend anyone to live here and enjoy the space. Property manager was super responsive and kind if I needed anything which I really didn't. I just really like this place

cute & convenient

I stayed in this apartment for 6 months while on a nursing travel assignment. It was only 6 minutes away from the hospital and walking distance to a cute coffee shop and several restaurants. Because I travel alone, safety is my priority. I felt safe in this neighborhood and never had a problem with my car parked on the street. I really liked that there are security cameras out front and back and you had to have a code to get in. The kitchen was a good size and the bed was comfy. Management was very responsive to my inquires and I would stay here again.
