Canyon Acres is a very peaceful, centrally located street off of Laguna Canyon Road. We are walking distance from downtown Laguna Beach -- approximately 1 mile, flat walk, takes about 30 minutes -- but our neighborhood feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Laguna. We are surrounded by nature. There is a popular hiking trail at the end of the cul-de-sac called the Canyon Acres Loop.

Canyon Acres is a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes walk from the Sawdust Festival. There are a few restaurants next to the Sawdust like Laguna Beach Beer Company, Kitchen in the Canyon, and Oliver's Osteria.
