The Facts of My Experience
I will start by saying when I brought problems to the attention of the property manager and eventually the landlord, they were very responsive, fixed my concerns, and very nice people. However... I did end up leaving and moving somewhere else in Twin. Upon moving in the following amenities listed in the description were not provided; internet, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, proper heating and cooling (per Idaho law). I was expected to use a heater that did not heat the apartment paired with a propane heater to make up for that in the middle of winter without a carbon monoxide detector or smoke alarm. Pictured furniture was replaced with lesser than furniture or not replaced at all. In terms of being travel friendly, I had to buy a LOT of items (mop, laundry basket, floor mats, drying rack, ect.) that are generally provided but I gave them a list of things to help them make it more travel friendly, so hopefully they take it. The bathroom is connected to the other renters by a locked door and you can hear everything going on in their room and I'm sure it works both ways. You can not receive mail here and will need to get a PO box. If you are considering this place, I would call and ask a lot of questions and make sure you are happy with the heating, cooling, and other amenities. The place has potential and I hope they can turn things around. A side note: Renters of the other part house have a large political flag and as an LGTBQ+ member it did not feel welcoming.
