Fantastic place!
Very central to much of downtown San Diego, I only drove 3~4 days out of the month I was here because it was so walkable. There are several entrances to the gated community so no matter which direction you're heading you can find an easy walking path. The place itself is very cozy and comfortable, and everyone I met in the community was happy and pleasant to talk to.
Downtown living
This property is a gem nestled in the heart of downtown. Close access to the trolley, the harbor, Seaport Village and great restaurants. Theres a nice park right behind the property if you have four legged friends. The area surrounding is clean and safe. I felt safe with 24/7 security and it being gated. The neighbors were nice and friendly and its quiet for being in the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. Nusha is very accommodating and wonderful to work with. I dont have anything negative to say, however if you are sensitive to light, there is a skylight in the master bedroom but a sleep mask takes care of that.
All Positives and No Negatives
Slipped between the giant high rise buildings of downtown San Diego is this remarkable gem of a neighborhood. While only minutes walk away from the ocean, the farmers market, and down town, this hidden retreat is a quiet, friendly, safe place to stay. The neighborhood feels homey with beautiful plants, a heated pool, and warm hellos from neighbors. It is also very safe with its underground parking and security guards. The unit is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom unit with a versatile loft, in unit washer/dryer, and welcoming private balcony. The neighborhood is full of old San Diego charm, but the unit is recently remodeled in a contemporary style with classic touches. My daughter and I loved staying there. Words really cant explain it - you have to visit it to see how close it is to everything, yet how quiet and peaceful it is. I cant recommend this place highly enough and hope that the next tenants will feel as joyous as we did while we were were there.
