Lovely place, kind and helpful owners!

I had the pleasure of staying in Margot and Mark’s apartment for a long-term stay last year and it was such a lovely, peaceful and quiet experience. The place is both pretty (with their beautiful original art) and efficient with so many thoughtful touches, with everything one needs to cook in the included kitchenette. The WD is so convenient right next to the studio in the big bathroom, equipped with a bidet! The mezzanine provides a lot more space with a lot of shelves etc. After getting to know that I love birds, they even got their bird feeder and installed it in a tree right in front of the studio window and that made my stay extra special! Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! They continued to help me with insights, suggestions and a lot more for my next visit after my travels. They are such progressive, sustainable folks, who care about our environment, neighborhood, diversity and all things that matter! I wholeheartedly thank them and recommend their place!

Excellent safe location!

Location is key with this property. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood, everything you need is closeby. Grocery, beaches, beautiful trails, the light rail, parks, and great restaurants are just around the corner. It's family friendly and 10 min to Seattle by car. Mark and Margot were friendly hosts, and we got along really well. I had an amazing time staying here, and it made my experience in Seattle wonderfully memorable. Highly recommend.

Accommodating, Affordable and Comfortable Apartment

We were so fortunate to find a clean and affordable apartment with a short term lease option. There is very little available in the Seattle area. Our hosts have been extremely supportive, including us in a holiday gathering. We are close to easily accessible grocery stores, coffee shops, exercise facilities as well as major highways and transit stops. A perfect first step for newcomers.
