It's a shared house that previously used to be an owner-occupied Airbnb. I live at the house and rent out individual rooms, the best listing is Private Entrance Room in Prime Location and that has its own private entrance and full bath to itself. Upstairs Room in Prime Location Brookside is one of the two upstairs rooms I will rent out. Great location and living situation.
