Amazing DC apartment

I rented from Njeri for the past year and it was great! The whole place was great and clean(comfy bed) , full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer in-unit. Njeri was super attentive and responsive—any small issue was fixed quickly, often the same day(I never had any big issues come up while staying but I know if I did she would have taken care of them quickly). She kept the place in great condition and was always respectful of my privacy. 10/10 would rent from her again. Location-wise, the proximity to the Metro is fantastic. An easy 18-minute walk - Red Line and 15 minutes - Green/Yellow Line. That made commuting a breeze whether I was heading downtown or to other parts of the city. It was also a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to Howard University/Hospital. Overall, this was a great place to live. I felt safe and comfortable in the apartment as well as walking in the area. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m sad to be moving out.(contract ended)
