Bad landlord
Do not stay at this place. The landlord will try to extort you for money. The cleaning fee states $100 but he charged me more even though I thoroughly cleaned the apartment with proof. He even told me when I moved in that he did the same to the tenant before me. PLEASE save yourself the hassle and do not rent this place.
