Pics are deceiving

I could only stay 2 weeks in this place. Cobwebs everywhere. Rickety wood stairs leading up to apartment. When it rained super slick. Fell down them. Kitchen table covered in clothe to hide that it is broken. Quiet place, I think not. You hear everything!! There is a family downstairs that is loud!! Couldn't get a decent night's sleep. The mattress, you sink into it, but feel the wood. I had to get a hotel so I could sleep while I was on call. Parking. If you have small vehicles it should be fine. My sports car bottomed out in the potholes and my pickup is way to big. Had to park in narrow street. The pics of the place are old. The pit area is your parking area, the porch has a dirty old chair, the couch is well used. Internet. It buffers alot and half the time it was non existent. Garbage. 3 units share 1 can. I never used the appliances so I can't tell you about them. Foliage. It's everywhere and overgrown.
