Owners house sits above long, uphill drive-way, but studio remains very private from them.

Quaint, peaceful studio with all the necessities. A favorite part is the outside deck. Conveniently located between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Landlords are great.

Studio Stay
This is a lovely place to stay! The area is beautiful and very quiet. I saw tons of wildlife while sitting on the patio. The studio is a great size and has everything you could need. The owners are extremely accommodating and responsive, and also quite prompt when dealing with things like snow removal. Highly recommended staying here!
