If you are rotating/working at brookdale Hospital (4 min walk) or kingsbrook (25 min walk), this is the perfect spot for you. You get your pick out of 4 rooms. 1 studio which has it's own bathroom in unit. Then the 3nother rooms upstairs which are all decently sized. You will have all the amenities you need and everything is very clean. You must clean up after yourself. Diane the Land lord is a sweet lady and looking to accommodate you. If you need anything she will help you to the best of your ability. Indidnt have a car and she was able to pick up any items I needed and take me to the store. She will meet you and give a tour of the area and show you where everything is. I would recommend this to any student doing a rotation at brookdale Hospital
