Summer Rental

I was looking for a cozy one bedroom in a quite & safe neighborhood, this one bedroom was perfect. I like to walk for exercise, and the area was safe at all times of the day for walking. There were families walking together all times of the day. I dont need a lot of space, and this rental was great. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, but small enough to clean easily. New appliances in kitchen, washer/dryer in basement, central AC/heat, and private drive. No shared spaces. John was great landlord, communicated quickly when I enquired about the rental. Would definitely stay here again.

cozy, safe, comfortable

This apartment is so perfect for a traveler. Out of the hustle and bustle. It's quiet and peaceful with a beach vibe. As a female night shift travel nurse I'm always looking for close to hospitals but also safe. This place hit the mark to perfection. I don't need a lot of space and this place is large enough to not feel cramped but small enough to be cozy and not feel like I have loads of wasted space! John has been an excellent landlord. Very communicative and updates when he will be out of reach and the avenues he's taken to make sure I'm set if anything comes up while he isn't available. I always know ahead if there will be any alterations in contact. He made sure the driveway was plowed/shoveled for me. The neighborhood is sweet and serene! The neighbors are quiet, nice and over all inviting! I'd continue to stay here and extend for the peace alone I got while staying here! the washer and dryer are in the basement, It's something I must have due to my schedule! Perfection!
