Perfect spot for the New England experience

Stayed here for about 7 months with my husband and our cat. The property is right on the ocean bay and has an amazing view of the Fore River Bridge, that lights up at night. We were lucky to be here throughout the summer and would enjoy using the grill, sitting on the deck, and watching boats go by. Neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. There is plenty nearby - we enjoyed the YMCA right down the street and taking the T into Boston. The property is well maintained and Jim is just a text away if you need anything. We really appreciated his flexibility and kindness. We already want to come back!

Quincy Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 months and it has been nothing short of amazing. The landlord is very friendly and accommodating, the view is unbeatable. The drive to South Shore Hospital is easy from this location and only takes 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. We have absolutely loved staying in this home and would stay longer if we weren't moving!
