Awesome Apartment
This place was phenomenal. Wonderful location (5mins from Dominican), quiet neighborhood, and lovely landlords. Kim and Fred respect your privacy and are always quick to respond if you need anything. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Santa Cruz. As a bonus, it's great for anyone working night shift because the bedroom is PITCH BLACK with the curtains. Truly loved my stay here!

Quiet place to live
As night shift worker, I was looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest during the day with my service dog, Targo. This rental was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exceptionally quiet, allowing me to get the rest I needed, and the host was incredibly accommodating and considerate of all my needs. The washer and dryer worked flawlessly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone working odd hours or looking for a peaceful, well-equipped stay.
