Horrible stay

Upon moving in I was immediately meet with ants. I was told by the landlord that I can't leave anything in the sink or they will come. She refused to take care of the problem. I never was late on any payments and took great care of her place, upon move out I had a package delivered the day after move out because it was delayed and I went to pick up Amazon package according to the picture that it was delivered and she was waiting in her vehicle. After asking for package she became belligerent with me yelling at me recording me....I was completely shocked. She is a horrible landlord! Do not rent here.

In over six years of providing furnished accommodations, this is my first negative review. This occupant was offered the opportunity to receive a full refund of the security deposit and find alternative accommodations if the property did not meet their needs. They declined the offer, chose to remain for months, and continued her stay UNTIL I DECLINED EXTENDING HER LEASE. Unfortunately, concerns arose regarding cleanliness, compliance with house rules, and rental payment obligations, ultimately requiring law enforcement intervention. I take pride in providing clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations and remain committed to maintaining high standards for all future occupants.
