Our condo is in an awesome location! It is close to everything Breckenridge. Great summer hiking trails and you can ski in/ski out in the winter using the Snowflake chairlift and 4'O Clock trail. Our condo is a very small studio space at only 400 sq/ft. We like to say it lives big but sleeps small. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are really big for its size, however, the queen bed is tucked into a corner and so the sleeping area feels smaller.

Hello! My husband and I purchased this condo in 2020. We live in the area and wanted others to be able to enjoy this amazing town. We have two kids in elementary school. I am an elementary school teacher and my husband works for a non-profit called Summit Huts, an organization that promotes adventure in the backcountry offering cabins you can stay in only accessible by foot/skis.
