Lovely bedroom in light filled split level house

Perfect place and amazing owner

Fantastic stay this Summer at Gina's house in beautiful SE Portland. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable with a few classic restaurants nearby. The room is downstairs in a split level house and has easy entrance to the bathroom, laundry, and backyard. I felt I had everything I needed; comfortable bed and adequate storage. Days and nights were quiet when I was home and Gina proved to be an extremely likable owner who respected my privacy as well as made great conversation with otherwise. This is a great listing for anyone looking for their own private space in a good neighborhood with fairly direct routes downtown (15-20 minutes) Grocery stores nearby, and fantastic restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Down the street several blocks is Mt Scott park and it is a very special place to unwind and enjoy being outside.
