Would not reccomend

I lived in this basement apartment for several months. The space had very limited natural light and pest issues, namely spiders. The air conditioning did not work during the hottest part of the summer; despite repeated requests, the landlord initially denied any problem and I personally spent significant time assisting in troubleshooting the a/c. It was only fixed after about six weeks, once the heat had passed. Upon moving out, part of my security deposit was unfairly withheld for cleaning, even though the apartment was left cleaner (and with fewer pests) than at move-in. I was also wrongly accused of taking an appliance I never removed.
