Six great months, great location, nice owner!

We recently moved to CO and needed to rent while we figured out our long term plans. This house was perfect for what we needed and the owner was the best. The house itself was clean, well furnished, had a great back deck for dining/entertaining, tall ceilings, and had a really good location. It's close to both major routes in Arvada and also a big beautiful park that our dog loved. We took her almost every day! Additionally, the homeowner was SO nice, professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and provided information and assistance promptly any time we needed to reach out. I can't recommend this enough for anyone looking to be in Arvada, in a neighborhood, or near a park. It's a multi-win property!
