Great stay!
I stayed at this house with two other guys, so splitting the rent kept things reasonable. The house was clean upon arrival, and the lawn service and cleaning service keeps the inside and outside fresh. All the amenities are included, and overall it was a pretty comfortable stay. Some items may need a little bit of updating/maintenance, but again, very clean and well kept otherwise. The neighborhood is very quiet and it seems the community is very tightly-knit. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Southfield or Detroit area. Terri is a good landlord and happy to work with you too.
