Cozy one bedroom in Condo

Fantastic Find for a Health Professional or Yale Student!!

Absolutely the best efficiency apartment in Branford!! Your hostess Martha is fantastic & will ensure that your every need is met! Plenty of room for one -- kitchen area with air fryer, microwave, Keurig, Brita pitcher, kitchen utensils etc. Small cube fridge which is perfect for one! Large flat screen SMART TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen table, couch. Bed is a double with comfortable bedding. Bathroom is small but doable. Shower is a stall with a small sink. Vanity mirror needs updating as it is way too small (I did let Martha know this prior to leaving). Plenty of storage - 2 large closets! Best of all is the washer and dryer is shared but it on the premises & there are no set days for doing laundry. The apartment is quiet with a dehumidifier which helps immensely during the rainy season! Drive to Yale is 7-10 minutes which is prime. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping centers nearby. You will not regret your stay and will make a lifelong friend in your travels! :)
