Bright Waterfront Condo. Steps to OHSU & Tram

I hope I get the chance to come back to Portland just to stay here!

The host - 5 stars, responds quickly (1) I had trouble with toilet and immediately dispensed someone to come fix (2) I had packages delivered multiple times incorrectly to Roxy's and it was quickly swiftly brought to concierge same night (3) texts back promptly and pleasantly (4) lease was easy to sign and (5) gave me full deposit back. The Room - 5 stars, beautiful furniture! Neat! The view was stunning, overlooking the city! Had extra towels for me and shampoo/conditioner, plates/kitchenware etc The Condos - 5 stars, concierge remembered me by name (all 3 of them) and would open the door ahead of time, quite neighbors, the trash shoot was on every floor The location - 5 stars, perfect - right next to running path, 2 min walk to the tram to get to the hospital up the hill, lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants walkable distance; no giant grocery stores walkable distance but there was a small one for emergencies!

Peaceful Riverfront Stay in a Beautiful Condo

I had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. I especially loved all the plants, which made the condo feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The location was absolutely amazing! Being able to take peaceful walks along the beautiful riverfront was one of my favorite parts of the stay. I stayed here for a month during my medical student rotation, and it was truly the perfect home away from home. Roxy was also fantastic; she was very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Everything from check-in to the stay itself was smooth and effortless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully located place!
