this is a great place! it is small but very organized. it never felt “too” small even with 2 of us living there. parking is easy and conveniently located. the area is also really nice, with a lot to do close by. communication was great by the hosts throughout our stay. my one and only con is that the bed is small for 2 people.

Highly recommend
Gino and Nathalie are good hosts and good with communications. He gave me his nearby relatives cell #, if I accidentally lock myself out while they are not near by. Fortunately, I never did, but it is good to have - peace of mind. There were minor things needed fixing when I moved in and Gino fixed them quickly. The place is clean, in good condition, quiet and safe.

Beautiful place & Neighborhood
I stayed at this condo this past summer whilst working in the area and it was a great experience! The neighborhood is safe and lovely, and the location is ideal, with walking distance to grocery stores and the Shady Grove Metro. Nathalie was and her husband Gino were warm and responsive hosts and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend it!
