Good Vibes

This place exceeded ALL expectations. The house has brand-new appliances and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve EVER slept on, making every night quiet and restful. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the friendly neighbors added an extra sense of security. Matt was an outstanding host, checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect and responding quickly whenever needed. Stores and restaurants are just a few exits away, and the driveway offers plenty of parking for any size vehicle. The location is ideal—less than 10 minutes from most hospitals, with Henderson about 20 minutes away. As someone who travels constantly for work, I can confidently say this was a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend, especially for solo travelers. Thanks again, Matt, for your generosity and hospitality!

Comfortable Stay

Matt was very helpful and accommodating from the start. Booking was easy and fast, house was very clean and had more than enough living accessories included within the house. Great wifi speeds and smart t.v.s. Matt contacted me halfway through my stay just to check in and see if I needed anything. 10/10, highly recommend this home.
