Cozy, Comfortable and great location!

The house is just as cozy and comfortable as you see in the photos. Very convenient to everything in Mt Lebanon. You can walk to several nice coffee shops, ice cream shop, restaurants, hardware store, and there's a bus stop right in front of the house for downtown Pittsburgh. The "T" light rail is also within walking distance . The area is VERY safe as well. The landlord is easy to work with- extremely responsive. The house does have steep steps from the first floor to the upstairs as well as to the lower level family room. The bathrooms are located upstairs or downstairs --no bathroom on the main level - normal for most of the older homes . If you have any mobility issues it is something to be aware of. There is off street parking for one car--again another plus. The house is on a busy street - I had no issues getting in and out of the driveway--the local drivers are very polite and helpful. Overall it was a delightful stay in the house.
