One bedroom cottage near Downtown- Deep water access

Quiet, quaint and convenient

My wife and I stayed May into June 2024. The Halters are the exceptionally friendly and accommodating hosts. It had all the amenities we needed. The cottage is behind their house, but quiet. The neighbors are quiet, and the street is quiet because it is a dead end. You can easily walk in the morning to Bojangles or Dunkin Donut (0.2 mile) or Baguette Magic (0.3 mi). Martins BBQ is only a 0.5 mile walk, and Publix Grocery is 0.6 miles, and you can do it all from the neighborhood streets without having to walk out on Folly Road. A very convenient and scenic location, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!!
