Best in St. Pete

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is clean, efficiently built, and stocked with all necessities. The neighborhood is beautiful, super safe, and close to everything (both walking and driving). The landlords are so nice and accommodating. They really made this place feel like home.

Cosy and comfortable

After living in another area and apartment in St. Pete, finding Chris and Laura’s place felt like a huge upgrade for us. The apartment is brand new, minimalistically and stylishly designed, has natural light and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It is such a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day. The neighborhood is wonderful as well, with both Trader Joe’s and a smaller organic grocery store just minutes away, along with great restaurants, yoga studios, and Crescent Lake Park. Chris and Laura were exceptional landlords and neighbors- warm, respectful, and perfectly balanced between being friendly and giving us privacy. We truly felt lucky to have found this place during our time in St. Pete.

Wonderful apartment

I've been using Furnished Finder for years and this is by far the best place I have rented in that time. The apartment is new, well built, and well equipped. The location is a nice quiet neighborhood but only 5 minutes from downtown and within a few blocks of several grocery stores. It also has a reserved off street parking spot for the tenant. Chris and Laura are very nice, understanding, quick to communicate, and respectful of your privacy. I couldn't have asked for a better place and better Landlords for the time I needed it.
