Overall good experience

Our stay was, overall, a positive experience. We found the neighborhood to be welcoming and safe. I did encounter a package of mine being stolen while out of town. We also encountered a few initial challenges that were promptly addressed. During move in, we found that the apartment was not designed for an extended stay. we requested a full set of pots and pans, as we enjoy cooking, and the initial kitchen setup was limited to a single pot and pan. The fridge was not cleaned and the kitchen sink was clogged. We required toppers for the beds, as we found them to be uncomfortable and blackout curtains due to working night shift. The home did not match the photos as it looked bigger and cleaner in the photos. The rooms did have nice sized TVs and mirrors. Despite these events in the beginning of our stay, Abdul was responsive and proactive in addressing our needs. He ensured that all our requests were met and maintained consistent communication throughout our stay.
