Nice Place
Jeff and Katie were great landlords. If I had any problem there were very responsive. The area is very quiet. They had someone scoop my driveway when it snowed. They checked in if they need to replace the furnace or take out the AC unit. It is a 7 min drive to the Sanford hospital.

Perfect for Travel Nurses or PA Students!
This house was the ideal size, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The quiet, safe neighborhood is close to the hospitals, making it perfect for healthcare professionals. Jeff and Katie were excellent landlordsfriendly, helpful, and responsive. Ill definitely stay here again!

Quiet, cozy and comfy
I absolutely loved my stay in this house and neighborhood. The accommodations were perfect, Jeff and Katie thought of everything to make their rental relaxing and comfortable. They both were very respectful of my privacy and responsive with any questions or concerns that I had. I will definitely be booking again in the future!
