Awesome spot - great for being remote and working too.

Was posted up doing work here, and was able to have a very productive month, and also enjoy the great East Nashville neighborhood. Vaughn is awesome, a great communicator, a cool human, and helpful- we had a tree fall in the driveway after a storm, and he had it taken care of immediately. Great spot for creatives as well. Fantastic Place to Stay!

Renting here was absolutely wonderful! Heres a few highlights: - Location: the property feels private, but is actually very near to great spots in East Nashville and a quick commute to Downtown. - Modern appliances/Space: All appliances were new and very clean. Fast WiFi, too, and, most importantly, everything always worked! I didn't once need to call Vaughn for maintenance. The space stayed comfortable (heat/AC) throughout my time. Having a separate office was a real bonus, too, as I was able to work throughout my stay. Additionally, the designated parking spot made it convenient to explore Nashville whenever I chose. -Great Communication with Host: You will not find a more gracious host than Vaughn! Throughout my time at his rental, he was extraordinarily helpful with all my needs. That being said, I always had a sense of privacy and felt that my space was my own. All in all, I really enjoyed my time here and am very glad I rented this unit!

Great place and convenient location!

To start off, I want to say the landlord is a hes a great and nice guy from the very beginning to the end even when I locked myself out of the unit, he was able to unlock it on a short moments notice! The location itself is very convenient if you are a hospital worker as getting to Centenial, skyline St. Vincents, and Vanderbilt are a short drive away. East Nashville is full of nice little niche shops and food plazas all right short drive away if you do not feel like commuting or committing to downtown/interstate traffic. I would definitely book again
