This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment provided an exceptional stay, and the landlords exceptional service further enhanced my experience. The apartment was perfectly suited for my needs as a travel nurse, requiring proximity to the hospital. The property was equipped with all the necessities for a short-term rental. The neighbors are very quiet and safe. Even when the landlord visits their side of the split house from time to time , I was unaware of their presence. Megan and Marcus demonstrated remarkable responsiveness to any inquiries or concerns I had during my stay. They are also very pet and family-friendly.

Comfortable, cozy and clean 1 bedroom. Spacious updated kitchen and living area. New furnishings. Lovely safe, peaceful, private yard with off- street parking and back door entry accessible. Weekly yard service included. Owners are very involved in maintaining upkeep and friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with via call, text or email. Quiet neighbors, great location uptown near Leake and St. Charles. Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend to traveling professionals or as a long term lease option if looking for privacy and comfortable home away from home.
