DO NOT RENT WITH MICHAEL!

He is highly unprofessional and changed the lease agreement at the very last minute. After talking with him for a month, he decided to accept an Airbnb offer that conflicted with the agreed dates we had discussed. He is constantly out of town and difficult to contact and communicate with.

Thank you for your feedback. Im sorry that we were unable to finalize the rental. I do want to clarify the circumstances for prospective renters. We had discussed a rental for two occupants, but the proposed arrangement subsequently changed to include a third occupant. In addition, the required lease documentation was not completed and a fully executed lease agreement was never finalized. The prorated checks that were provided did not, by themselves, constitute a completed lease agreement. Because the occupancy terms had changed and the required documentation had not been completed, I was not able to finalize the rental on the terms originally discussed. I understand that this was disappointing and regret that we were unable to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. I make every effort to communicate clearly, document rental terms in writing, and ensure that all occupants and required paperwork are properly included before a tenancy is finalized.
