Great unit, very central location

We spent 4 months in this unit and enjoyed our time there very much. The location in Bay Ho is incredible as it's a 10-20 minute drive to pretty much anywhere in San Diego. The unit itself is very comfortable, has a nice view, comes with everything you need, and has access to shared laundry machines. The landlord Heather is very kind, and her son Bobby that manages and lives at the property was extremely responsive and helped with everything we ever needed. Some things to note: If you are sensitive to noise, you can definitely hear the tenants upstairs when walking around. There are about 2 flights of thin stairs leading in and out of the apartment (can be difficult when carrying things in and out of the apartment) There is no AC, and there are no fans to remove moisture/smells from the kitchen or bathroom.

Amazing Sunsets in San Diego, CA

This was my first experience with furnishedfinder.com and it was truly amazing thanks to the landlord and her family. My studio apartment had everything I needed including access to a washer/dryer, a full size refrigerator and stove, patio seating of the sunsets, and a way to feel normal in an unusual situation. When Heather called me, I felt immediately connected to her friendliness and her ability to put me at ease. It didn't take more than 15 minutes asking questions, her explaining the location, the setup, my explanation of why I needed her rental, before I was comfortable and planned to move in that night. She checked in with me several times as I got things settled, and her DIL gave me a wonderful neighborhood restaurant recommendation. Thanks to all of you for making my time in your studio apartment a safe and restful haven with quick access to Scripps Hospital LaJolla, Costco, grocery stores and restaurants, and the reassurance that I was able work and rest while I was in San Diego. This was truly at 10++++ star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend working with her and staying in the studio apartment.
