Highly recommend

Cant recommend this house enough! It was the perfect landing spot for my husband and I when transitioning from a cross-country move from the east coast, and we even extended our stay because we enjoyed the place so much. The house is beautifully decorated and has high-quality furniture both the couch and bed were super comfortable. It was furnished with everything we needed from a blender to a tea kettle to cleaning products and extra linens. We didnt need to go out and buy anything. We also appreciated that it's fully private, there are no shared walls and there was a private washer/dryer in our own garage. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood and went on daily walks/runs. We didnt know anything about Arden before, but found a ton of great restaurants and its located within a 5-10 minutes drive of any shop youd need. Ash is also wonderful and both very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends/family.

A/C keeps things cool in the summer, and theres dependable hot water so you can unwind with a good shower. No gimmicksjust a comfortable spot that gets the job done. Amazing home away from home!

I cant say enough good things about this charming retreat! I recently stayed in this 1 bed, 1 bath unit, and it truly felt like home from the moment I stepped inside. The entire space is beautifully decorated with such a thoughtful designIm talking cozy yet stylish vibes that youd expect from a high-end boutique. Every piece of furniture is not only comfortable but also adds to the overall aesthetic of the space. Its super modern, perfectly clean, and has everything you could need to settle right in. As a single woman, safety and cleanliness are absolute musts for me, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The neighborhood is so peaceful, with families walking the streets and a sense of community that really made me feel at ease. And dont even get me started on the yard! Its stunningso well-kept, with just the right amount of greenery to enjoy some fresh air and relax outside. The location is ideal if you need to be near UC Davis or other local hospitals, and its convenient for getting around without sacrificing that homey feel. I honestly wouldnt choose anywhere else to stay in Sacramento. This is truly a gem, and Id recommend it to anyone needing a beautiful, safe, and cozy place to call home temporarily!
