Great foothills stay

Bri's place is fantastic! Very comfortable and peaceful in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you need . Bri is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. I definitely recommend Bri's place for a very nice stay .

Great stay & we love Chai

We really enjoyed our time in Colorado Springs & staying at Bri's place! Bri was very responsive, friendly & helpful if any questions arose! We had everything we needed in terms of furnishings. Bri has a very sweet but shy young pup named Chai & she worked with us to have a slow meeting with our German Shepherd, Frank. They ended up becoming besties & we had no issues or worries with them! The house was very clean, nice fenced in yard and is in a quiet & safe neighborhood. We would highly recommend this location & rental!

Great property, cozy basement apartment with amenities! We got a puppy during our stay and Bri has been very accommodating and kind as we navigate the journey of being puppy parents! Amazing neighborhood, great backyard, and kind landlord.
