Great Place

This place is exactly what i was looking for, great place, and very clean! She was very responsive to all my questions and handled them quickly. Would recommend to anyone!

Worst experience

This condo wasn't ready to be rented. The first thing I realized was they don't have a complete set of plates, silverware, or cups in the house. Then It was dirty and dusty from top to bottom. I spent my first week and a half there scrubbing the cabinets, washing all of the dishes, dusting the furniture, and even brought in my own vacuum to try and get some of the pet fir out of the couch. Then, after some fictional he said/we said concersation, they rented the condo to someone else and violated the agreement that I had with them. I was able to find a place to relocate to in time, but they were completely in the wrong and violated our signed agreement. They are not to be trusted. The final insult was on our walk through today, I made them sign a document stating that they were satisfied with condition I left the condo in, and they started investigating all of the cabinets as if I'd robbed them of something. These people only care about their upcoming nuptials and not this property.
