Great mattress, Quiet

Khanh was an excellent host. The bed was very comfortable (a good memory-foam mattress) with quality pillows. The location is very quiet and convenient (close to highway). The only 'creature comforts' I missed was a dishwasher, but it's very rare to find that in a short-term rental at this price-range. Overall, very very good.

4month stay

Nice layout ,full size washer and dryer .Everything is brand new The bedroom is large and the Walkin closet is also large. Once your use to the area its very easy to get to all the stores or anywhere you want to go. Parking for a mid size vehicle anything larger would be a challenge

I truly appreciated having this wonderful place to stay for four months while searching for a new home after the hurricanes. Everything is brand new, modern, impeccably cleanand quiet! Although its a studio, the high ceilings and spacious layout make it feel larger. It had all the space and amenities I needed. As someone who works from home, I loved having a dedicated work area, full kitchen, cozy living/TV area, and a sleeping area with an incredibly comfortable queen mattressnot too hard, not too soft. The private washer and dryer were so convenient, and the shower was amazing. But the best part was the owner, Khanh. She couldnt have been kinder or more accommodating. She checked in for the first few days, and when I mentioned the floodlight made it harder to sleep, blackout curtains arrived the next morning! Her top priority is clearly her guests' comfort. I highly recommend this place. Id rent it again in a heartbeatif its available!
