Highly recommend!

As a traveling physical therapist, Ive stayed in a lot of different rentals, and this was by far the nicest place I've lived during my travels! The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a very safe area. As a female runner, I always felt completely comfortable and safe while out on my runs, even early in the morning or later in the evening. Jimmy was an excellent landlord very responsive, helpful, and quick to take care of any issues that came up during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay!

Southpark Dream Space

We were relocating to Charlotte and needed a place to stay as we searched for our new home. We found this location on FF and have been extremely satisfied with the furnishings, cleanliness, and location. We have been here for 10 months and the friendly onsite host has been very accommodating to our needs, yet not overbearing. The property offers motion activated outdoor lighting for safety, a carport adjacent to a private entrance and a beautiful backyard. The very spacious interior is furnished nicely including great TVs, new washer and dryer and the most comfortable bed ever! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We were very sad to leave when we found our new home! Jim and Suzanne S
