Great house and really cool.
Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood with good people around here. Brian is very good man that really help us with absolutely everything. The tea house was perfect for us. thank you very much Brian for absolutely everything.

Most peaceful home
The tea house offers the most peaceful environment surrounded by trees, nature and silence. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads, This 2 story home has everything you need to feel at home. Brian is an excellent, respectful man. He actively and positively responds to any need or question you expose. Very respectful of your space , and if you are lucky you will be delighted by one of his conversations. He's very knowledgeable and fun. We have been here very happy and found the peace we were looking for during difficult times. Don't miss out on the beautiful trees including California great sequoias which you can observe while sitting on the porch. Thank you Brian

Peaceful, Fully Furnished Home with a Welcoming
I stayed in this garden-level 1 bed, 1 bath unit for about 4 months and had a great experience. The landlord is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The place is very peaceful it truly felt like coming home to recharge after a long day. The unit is fully furnished with all essential furniture and utensils, making it very convenient to move in and live comfortably. The community is safe, quiet, and close to nature. Highly recommended.

Charming! Quite! Private!
From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable & as charming as described. The tea house is well-stocked with all the essentials & little thoughtful extras. The location was perfect for my commute to Emory St Josephs hospital, close to shops & restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Brian is a very thoughtful renter. Always easy to contact & prompt. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again.
