Summer Stay 2025

The apartment was spacious, clean & had plenty of storage. It also had a large deck with a grill. The kitchen had all full size appliances. It was very well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses & utensils. The apartments bathroom was full sized & equipped with an overhead heater that may be used on cooler days. The living room &bedroom were also well sized with plenty of seating, sleeping & storage. Additionally, more than enough linens were provided for the kitchen, bath & bedroom. The apartment house had several units in it. The other tenants in the building were so welcoming, friendly & quiet. The neighborhood is in an ideal location, for walking through the historical parts of Bay Shore. A twenty minute drive to the beaches, a five minute walk to town which boasted many restaurants, shops, & bars. Catherine, the landlord, was great to deal with & she made the leasing part very easy. I liked this so much that I am planning on returning for another stay.
