The Bailey Bungalow is a fantastic residence, and Scott is an awesome landlord. He is very attentive and keeps the up with any and all matters concerning the house and well-being of your stay. He's very communicative and will work with you.

Cute place!

The Chico had a nice vibe to it. It is however, a basement, so it was quite small, and the counter space in the kitchen was limited. The thermostat never worked properly, and it would always get either too cold or too hot. Other than a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay. Scott was also very kind and would address my concerns promptly!

Summer Stay

Scott was super accommodating throughout my stay. He made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, brought in a flower and food delivery when I was at work, and was always easy to get in touch with when I needed anything. The basement apartment was cozy and had everything I needed, and the bedrooms were spacious too!

Amazing landlord!

Scott is the best landlord my husband and I have ever had. We were supposed to move into the Baileys Bungalow in July however we got the unfortunate news that our daughter had passed in utero and when I told Scott he didn't hesitate to help us. We were looking forward to living here while we waited for base housing. We may try to rent again in the future as we really like Scott and are so grateful we met him! The place is beautiful and would be such an amazing place for you to stay!!!

Five-Star Stay Across from Parkview A Hidden Gem in Pueblo

I stayed at Scotts place while working at the state mental hospital Parkview hospital is just steps away, no need to even start the car. The mental health hospital is a mile away. The yard is beautifully kept, and Scott checks in before stopping by to sweep snow or tend the garden. There's a secure carport, cameras front and back, keyless entry, and plenty of parking. Inside has hardwood floors, pretty wood trim, and is fully furnished with a comfy parlor, big TV, fast Wi-Fi, and dining for six. The kitchen has every appliance, a Keurig, and was already stocked with coffee, condiments, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Two cozy bedrooms, a laundry room with washer/dryer, and great closet space made it easy to settle in. Highly recommend for any traveling professional.

Great place to stay!

This basement apartment was great! Would definitely come back and stay again if I work at PMC again. Just a few minutes walk to Parkview Medical Center. Lots of light for a basement apartment. Stays warm in winter and cool in the hot months too! Ample Off street parking which is premium around the hospital. Scott is an awesome landlord with great communication!

Excellent choice for travel healthcare workers.

As a traveling healthcare worker, Ive thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chica Bungalow. Its the perfect location for any hospitals in the area (less than 5 minutes from the state hospital). Scott was an excellent host, making sure I had everything I needed. The place is extremely comfortable and made my time in Pueblo much easier. Scott is easy to communicate with and always respected my privacy throughout my stay. I cant say enough good things about the property and my experience here.
