Nice quiet location in a great family friendly neighborhood, where kids can ride their bikes and you can walk the dogs. Very comfortable space with areas for everyone. Three good sized bedrooms, three full bathrooms and lots of great closet space! The fireplaced living room adds charm. Deck across the front of the house is a great place to relax.
Available off-season only. Not available June, July or August.
Space
Our home has plenty of space for everyone to gather together, but also has nooks and crannies if you need some "me" time. Rainy days are no problem, as we have lots of books and games in our family room. Need to check your e-mail? There's an office area set up on the second floor.
Neighborhood overview
Our house is located about 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge and is a great place to use as a home base for exploring Cape Cod. The neighborhood is family friendly. Grab breakfast or lunch at The Corner Cafe. Graziella's makes great pizza. The Pocasset Country Market is a terrific local market. Hen's Cove Beach is about a 5 minute walk from the property. There are local walking trails and bike trails nearby as well.

Wonderful Home 11/10, Recommend Highly
My husband and I spent 4 months here over the winter and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space to spread out and also for a family to have their own spaces. The primary bedroom and bath is all new and perfectly appointed. If you have the chance to stay here, we highly recommend. The sunsets are amazing!!!!

Cozy Home
I stayed here for a month with my two dogs and I love it. I felt very at home here and loved the sunsets and the view. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A piece of my heart will always be there.
