Nikki was great

Nikki was a great host. Extremely responsive and respectful. I had an issue with the coffee maker and she did not hesitate to completely replace it the next day. The apartment has what you need! Some things to consider is the strong smell of cigarettes that can occur from the neighbors. Not terrible but something to be mindful of. Also the apartment building is right off the highway so it can be a little noisy but a small fan drowns it out! Overall had a good stay.

Great Apartment

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the household necessities provided. The landlord was very friendly and responsive, quickly resolving any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great Gainesville Gig

Stayed 7 months with my coworker & cat. Landlord is friendly, communicates well, & resolves issues quickly if they arise. Lots of other furnished units in the building that are also rented out. Would 10/10 recommend & stay here again. Pros: newer renos, spacious rooms & tall ceilings, dishwasher, washer/dryer, huge living room tv Cons: could use more furniture i.e. a second couch or love seat & a dresser and/or desk in bedrooms for storage besides the closet

The Oaks

A friend and I stayed here from January to August and the Landlord was very responsive and timely with any issues. Never had any problems! We unfortunately are leaving for another contract but would 100% stay here again!

Bang for the buck!

My wife and I rented it out for a year. Sadly had to leave for another gig. The location, the cleanliness the neighborhood is incredible. The host was real kind and understanding. She took good care of us and was prompt to respond to any request! Highly recommend. Thank you for letting this be our home!
