Great short term rental!

I rented from Tom and Jenny for about 8-ish months. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. More than enough space for just me. Loved having a bedroom (with a king size bed) separate from the living/kitchen area. Despite not having a full kitchen, I was able to get by just great with the appliances provided. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Rarely did I ever hear noise from their side and if I did, it did not bother me at all. Hospital was about 10 mins away so great location and the surrounding area was pretty quiet for the most part, as there is a busy street behind the house. There were some issues with the electrical power early on, but Tom was super communicative and worked to fix the problem right away. They were great, responsive hosts and I would definitely recommend their place if you ever need a place to stay in Santa Fe!

Great short term rental!

I rented from Tom and Jenny for 3 months and had a wonderful stay. The place is very comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. It is within close driving distance to downtown Santa Fe, Smith's, Trader Joe's, and Meow Wolf. The king size bed was luxurious. As a very avid cook, there was a bit of concern if the lack of a full kitchen would be an issue, but it was not. I did bring an instant pot, which helped, but there is an air fryer, electric burner, and toaster oven that fit all my needs. I made some good and satisfying meals using those tools. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The surrounding area was quiet despite having a busy street behind the house. Any ambient noise from Tom and Jenny next door was rare and did not bother me. They were very responsive to any needs I had and are fantastic landlords. Great hospitality! I would stay here again if I did another contract in Santa Fe.

Great rental in Santa Fe!

We rented from Tom for 4 months and had a wonderful experience! The location was great, having laundry was such a perk, and Tom was super communicative. The place doesn't have a full kitchen, but he provided plenty of appliances so we got by just fine. We'd give 10 stars if we could!
