Unique Brookside 2BR w/Screen Porch - close to bars/dining/cafes/shops

Amazing all around

Everything about this location was so great for us. We stayed in the downstairs unit for four months and then the upstairs unit for four months and both units are great. They have everything you need, are very comfortable and are decorated very nicely. We loved the screened in porches and so did our cats. The location is also wonderful, a nice quiet street and very walkable to local businesses and a biking/running trail. To top it all off Brett and Kim are so attentive and kind and are just wonderful landlords. We hope to come back!

Brookside is the BEST

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Comfortably furnished and located on a nice, quiet street in the beautiful area of Brookside, where you are within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything when we first arrived. I was very thankful for the pantry staples and bottles of water that were available after a long day of traveling and an evening of unloading our stuff. Throughout our stay, Kim and Brett were super attentive and communicative, and always took care of any issues in a timely manner. We really loved our stay here and would 100% hope to stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

I loved living here

This is a great place! Such a cute old house. It's comfortable, cozy and well furnished. The landlords are fantastic. It's on a nice, quiet street and walking distance to lots of places. I loved living here and would come back if I'm in KC again.
