Terrific Apartment

I lived in this unit for 13 months, and it was a terrific stay. The apartment is a great unit in a terrific neighborhood. The unit comes with wonderful furnishings, including a standing desk, a nice sofa, and a great television. The kitchen features new appliances, and plenty of room for cooking. The unit is clean, and well kept. Josh is the friendliest and most responsive landlord I've had. I only ever had small issues, and he'd always help in a hurry. The neighborhood is also wonderful. It is very friendly and neighborly, with many dog walkers and stroller-pushers. You're right by a nice park, too. Plus, West Town boasts the city's best bars and restaurants. You're walking distance to all of that, plus the Blue Line and great bus routes. Free overnight street parking is available on the blocks next to this unit. Parking is crowded, but I never parked more than 3 blocks away from the unit, and usually was only one block away. I cannot recommend this unit and Josh enough!

Wonderful Stay!

Stayed here for 2 months and couldn't recommend more! Clean, nice furnishings / appliances, plenty of space, desk for working at home, and stocked with everything you might need. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of street parking, easy access to public transit, and overall great location. Josh was always quick to respond to any questions / needs. Would stay again!

A pleasant and comfortable stay in this apartment!

Josh and Erin are fantastic hosts! Their apartment is comfortable and is located in a great neighborhood. Their dogs, Hugo and Charlotte, are delightful greeters if you catch them outside! The furnishings are modern and inviting, with a cozy living room ideal for relaxation and a full kitchen for preparing meals. When youre not cooking, you'll find plenty of great restaurants nearby to explore. The location is truly unbeatableyoure right in the heart of it all, just a short walk from Wicker Park, one of Chicagos best neighborhoods. The apartment is also conveniently close to two Blue Line stops for easy train commuting, with excellent bus access as well. If you have a car, youll be pleasantly surprised by the abundance of free parking in the neighborhood, which can be hard to come by in Chicago. The street itself is quiet and tree-lined, providing a peaceful atmosphere while keeping you close to all the action. I highly recommend this place!
